Dish TV Diwali Offer 2010

The DishTV India has launched there Diwali 2010 offer with the 100% Cash Back Scheme which is as follows:
Cash back value ranging from 85% to 101% depending on the pack chosen. The indicative benefits mentioned here are in the case of Gold pack. The cash back value shall be credited into the dishtv account of the subscriber which can be utilized only against the benefits of the Offer strictly as per the terms and conditions set out herein. Benefit of the offer in respect of the values allotted in each head can be utilized against the respective heads only and the same is not permitted to be utilized against any other head or elsewhere. This offer is also valid on the HD connection where the subscribers shall be entitled to a benefit of Rs. 990/-.

(1) Offer prices include 3 years rent of CPE. After 3 years, rental @ Re 1/- per year shall
be payable.
(2) This offer is valid only upon procuring new dishtv connection.
(3) Offer valid across India.
(4) Limited period offer.
(5) Scheme and conditions thereof can be changed at the sole discretion of the Company.
(6) Composition of the channels in the packs and the rates thereof are subject to change.
(7) Benefits of the Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
(8) Any downgrade from the base pack selected at the time of availing the Offer shall result into cancellation of all the benefits of the offer.
(9) No benefits shall be provided if a subscriber remains deactive for more than 30 days.
(10) Unless otherwise provided, all the offer benefits must be availed by calling at the Customer Care center of the Company and no other modes are allowed for the same.
